VBP+ Certified Producers

A certified VBP+ operation is an operation that has:

Completed VBP+ training to learn about the program and requirements;
Implemented the required components for On-Farm Food Safety, Animal Care, Environmental Stewardship and Biosecurity under the of VBP+ program (greyed items in the VBP+ manuals);
An effective up-to-date record keeping system; and,
Successfully completed an on-farm audit, demonstrating to a third party auditor that the program requirements have been met.
